Our 5 day SFX Make-up Artistry course is a gateway for students who want to enter the world of flim industry and make a career in the industry and for existing makeup artist who wants to upgrade their skills and get started into the world of Sfx .This course will be conducted by the best Prosthetic trainers who have an experience of working in bollywood & South film industry.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

You will learn basic to advance level of Special Effects (SFX) make-up techniques including diffrant kind of injuries, wounds, Working with blood, creating bruises,Type of burns – 1st degree burns ,2nd degree burns, 3rd degree burns. Types of scars. In depth knowledge of materials & product used in the industry .
Post-graduation, you will be ready to work in movies, web series, ads, short films & theatre as an SFX make-up artist.

SFX MAKE-UP ARTISTRY

  • CREATING EFFECTS –
    BURNS -1st degree , 2nd degree, 3rd degree burns and burn scar
  • INJURIES and TRAUMA-
    Working with alcohol paint
    Creating Black eye
    Broken nose with wax
    Indented Scars
    Keloid (raised scars)
    Scrape
    Deep fresh cut (third degree) Bullet hole
    Scab & Skinned knuckles


 

SFX MAKE-UP ARTISTRY

Make-up: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday
 
 
 



  • No previous experience required.
  • The minimum age for entry to this course is 15 years
  • There is no upper age limit.
  • Dress code-Casuals
  • Students just have to bring their own make-up brush kit to start with the class as the list will be given at the time of enrollment,
  • Students can buy the make-up brush kit from the academy or from any market vendor. However, the equipment should be of professional grade as per the specification given by the School.
  • Students will have to carry basic hygiene consumables like Wet wipes, sanitizers, face masks, water bottle, etc.
  • Make-up Brush Kit – Eye Makeup Brushes, Powder Brush, Lip Brush, etc. (typically full set comes in set of 25 brushes)
